Today I wanted to talk about how to boost your mood instantly and I’m going to be talking about how to use the law of attraction to do this.

To be honest, most of the time when we’re feeling a negative feeling that we want to sort of turn around, it’s because we’ve let a situation upset us or make us angry or just impact us in a way that we probably shouldn’t be. But we are only human and we can only learn and keep growing and that comes down to self-reflection.

First thing you need to be asking yourself is why you’re feeling the way that you do. So for example, your partner comes home late when they told you they’d be home by a certain time. So when they get home, you’re in a bad mood and want to rip their head off.

But the question here is ‘why do you actually feel this way?’ What you may find is a surface level answer at first but the rule of thumb is to ask yourself why five times for you to be able to get to the core issue.
