Tips To Be Successful In Life 2In today’s video I’m going to give you 7 tips to be successful in life and in business.

 

Balancing all areas of your life including a business can, at times, feel like it’s all too much. I completely understand how it feels when you get to the point of feeling overwhelmed.

 

There has been many times where I’ve just wanted to give up but I never did because I was lucky to learn and implement these 7 tips that I’m about to share with you.

 

It took me some time to actually figure all these out, so I wanted to share it with you to save you some time.

 

How To Have A Successful Life

 

Now some people may think that success in life means money and that’s not always the case.

 

It could mean waking up each morning and not having to work for someone else… Or it could be cruising around in the new Lamborghini.

 

Whatever it is, these tips really associate to the psychology of success, which in turn will help you achieve “physical” success, whether that’s money, big houses or fast cars.

  1. Have Purpose

You need to discover exactly who you are along with what your values are.

 

Understanding what it is that you really want in life. What is meaningful to you and also understanding what it is you don’t want in life.

 

This will then help you have a clear purpose. It’s about understanding what it is you want to accomplish and if you really think about it, everything you do in life all leads to a single point or a single goal…and you need to figure out what that is.

 

Ask yourself ‘what impact do I want to have on the world?’

 

Understanding your purpose will then allow you to figure out what you’re passionate about and then this filters into having motivation to be able to focus on it.

 

  1. Set Big Goals

 

A lot of people do not have enough self-belief to dream big and set big goals and actually believe they will accomplish them.

 

Successful people do not put limitations on themselves.

 

We need to wipe clean our thoughts and feelings towards ourselves that we’ve grown up with and really understand that whatever we want in life, we can have it!

 

So set yourself MASSIVE goals and then you can work backwards by setting bite size goals that all lead up to your massive ones.

 

Train your brain to believe that you can have anything in life and then ask yourself what it is you want.

 

Having ambitious goals will excite you and keep you motivated on those days that may be tough.

 

  1. Make Fast Decisions

Do not umm and ahhh about making a decision cause by the time you take action, it will be too late.

 

Make decisions quickly and believe in the fact that you will figure it out a long the way.

 

Things are never perfect so if you’re waiting for the right time then you’ll never take action.

 

 

  1. Work Hard

No one has ever been an over night success!

 

Sometimes it may look like it, but you have no idea what that person has gone through behind closed doors to get to where they are.

 

It takes time and dedication so make sure you have a very clear purpose so that you pick something that you absolutely love. That way, you are passionate about it and it doesn’t actually feel like ‘work.’

 

 

  1. Do Not Quit

You must be persistent. Times will get tough and you will face bumps and set backs along the way.

 

Understand that every time this comes up in your journey, it is allowing you to grow even more and become an even better version of yourself.

 

There is absolutely no doubt that there will be a lot of growth in your journey and you will need to regularly step out of your comfort zone.

 

It is a given to actually get to where you want to be in life so be persistent. Have faith that the set backs will be worth it in the end.

 

  1. Surround Yourself With What You Want

Surround yourself with the life or results that you are striving for. Create vision boards, have daily affirmations that you say out loud every morning, read lots and lots of books, find a coach that you can talk to that has the results that you want and most importantly, surround yourself with go-getters.

 

Find people who are a step ahead of at all times and build a relationship with them.

 

Remove anything in your life that does not help you progress towards your goals…. within reason of course.

 

  1. Healthy Body = A Healthy Mind

Look at some of the most successful people in the world and most of them will tell you that they look after themselves.

 

Regardless of how busy they are, they make time to be fuel themselves with good food and they get in some form of activity each day.

 

Eating good wholesome food and drinking lots of water will help with your mental clarity and exercising for 30 minutes a day, this is going to increase your ‘feel good’ endorphins and your energy levels.
