When signing people up into your business, there is going to be the odd person who will ask about the compensation plan.
Especially if they already have an Entrepreneurial mindset or have previously been involved in the industry.
Understanding your business is vital but I’m going to explain to you why you SHOULDN’T attempt to explain it.
