Making decisions is HARD….. half the time I can’t even make a decision on what I want for dinner.
Just imagine the clip from The Notebook when Noah (aka Ryan) is asking Allie (aka Rachel) what she wants….
Noah: What do you want?
Allie: I don’t know.
Noah: What do you want?
Allie: It’s not that simple?
Noah: What do YOU want?!
I’m no longer THAT bad thankfully lol
But making LIFE decisions can be a little challenging and overwhelming so I’ve had to quickly come up with an approach to handle these.
